Missions

  • To manage the AMOE activities delegated to maintenance by the engineering departments;
  • Reporting on all of the above activities. This list of activities is likely to evolve in response to the issues raised by the projects;
  • Participate in the handover of the solution to the maintainers and the handover of the work with the Project Manager and the Owner;
  • Helping activity managers make decisions (information feedback, risk alerts, etc.);
  • ion during the project (planning, budget monitoring, risk analysis);
  • To respect and update the methods and tools for monitoring the activities carried out by maintenance on the perimeter.
  • Structuring the maintenance organisation;
  • Assurer la coordination entre la maintenance et les Ă©quipes d’ingĂ©nierie ;
  • Quantify the costs of maintenance takeover by EMS and the impact of the project on maintenance costs in operation;
  • Contribute to system reliability, maintainability and availability analyses;
  • Leading the processes of change management, deployment and release and migration of systems and hardware into the operating environment.
  • Contribute to the management of validation and integration tests requiring maintenance intervention;
  • Ensure coordination between maintenance and engineering teams;
  • Validate the documentation delivered by the project (AVP and PRO files, test plans, executed work file, etc.);

Skills

  • Experience in interfacing with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience on complex systems integrating information technologies (wired computing and telecommunication, radio, telephony, video, etc.)
  • Knowledge of system integration and validation processes
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practice would be a plus
  • Knowledge of the principles of organisation and operation of maintenance
  • Experiences that required the drafting of documents
  • Knowledge of IP infrastructures (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.)
  • Knowledge of maintenance recovery activities
  • Experience in framing, organising, structuring, planning and managing projects
